Herzner Law helped me, and my family overcome what could have possibly been an event from which we would have never recovered. I am employed by some of the largest natural gas pipeline, electrical transmission, utility scale solar and wind energy companies on the planet. Receiving a DUI can be catastrophic financially for anyone working in my industry. All I could think about was my family and how this DUI was going to affect my ability to provide for them. To add to the difficulty, I resided in Alabama while working projects from Michigan to Oklahoma during the pandemic. Losing my driver's license was not an option for me and my family. Was referred by the Cincinnati Bar Association and after trying to call, email and text this company for days, I never received a reply. How can you just not respond to potential clients? Especially when they're clearly trying to reach you for help.

Well, this is late, but better late than never. Shane and his associate Heather did an amazing job in working with me on handling a case where I was charged wrongly based on a written statement that cost me a job, time without employment, and forced relocation. At the end of the day I found another job and only had to miss one day of work. He worked with me with payments and truly thought alongside the same lines I did. While money is definitely part of the equation I never felt he was greedy or overbearing. After all, I was in an extremely tight spot financially. If I could give more than five stars I would.
