Very friendly and understanding. This attorney helped me through a really tough case that could have changed my life. And it did, but for the better. When I reached my hand out, there was someone to help pull me up. He was very informative of updates and status reports, and was there every step of the way. The confidence he portrayed gave me absolute trust and faith that I was in the right hands. I cannot thank him enough, nor show the gratitude he deserves.

Terrible lawyer promised one thing and did the total opposite. He basically gets paid to screw you over he did nothing at all for me but show up to court there are better lawyers to spend your money on ive had way better

I am a Florida resident that received a ticket while travelling through the Buckeye State. I googled for lawyers and started calling. I only let it ring 3 or 4 times and my other line rang in so I hung up. I got a call back from Shane even though I left no message! I thought "WoW now that is an ambitious guy!":) After speaking about my situation he refused to take any money until he made a few calls and was sure he could actually help me with a positive outcome, Huh? Say what? Seriously? WoW again...... I didn't feel like a number... I have just now emailed my ticket. I have to say that it seemed like it was going to be difficult to find someone from over thousand miles away that I felt was going to actually put forth the effort. Win lose or draw I am certain of one thing. Shane is my best shot! Thanks again!!!! UPDATE SHORTLY AFTER I wrote my first part of this review. Shane got back with me and told me the costs and the result if I wanted to move forward he'd accept payment and get it done. My ticket was reduced and no points awarded. Exactly what he promised I would end up with as a final settlement before I even paid him, I sent the check (or paid CC?) My insurance NEVER KNEW I had a speeding ticket in a construction Zone of 20 over. It was bogus and a set up that I had on video with GPS and telemetry that showed speed time and when the officer could actually see me. I would have had to go to Ohio though and testify with my evidence. This was a much better option. THANKS AGAIN Shane. In late 2014 and early 2015, Mr. Herzner represented my OVI case and defended my rights in a professional manner exceeding my highest expectations. While my case would most likely be “just another OVI defense” in the eyes of many other attorneys, Mr. Herzner made me feel as if I was his only client by keeping me informed, immediately responding to any questions I asked and allowing as much time as needed to insure I completely understood his response. In addition, whenever I placed a call to Mr. Herzner, HE answers the call himself. I believe this to be a rare quality not shared by many other attorneys, doctors, etc. In closing and most importantly, Mr. Herzner is exceptionally knowledgeable in the area of OVI defense, produces positive results in an expeditious manner and his fee structure is more than fair. I would not only recommend Mr. Herzner in the future but I would not trust anyone else to defend my rights except Mr. Herzner.
