I hired Zach for a contentious divorce with children. I had already used one lawyer and was 9 months into the proceedings, so I had a fair amount of baggage when I started working with Zach. Zach was recommended to me by a friend and I chose him over a couple other lawyers I had interviewed. I chose him and recommend him because he delivered on the approach that he first talked to me about. Zach first worked with me to develop our strategy. We then kept working from that strategy. Zach was always there to tell me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. In the end he helped me to make the tough correct decisions to finally resolve the case protecting myself and my kids as best I could. Zach even then discussed what the post-divorce strategy would be as far as under what circumstances should I retain him again to pursue enforcement of the divorce decree. I have full trust in the advices that he gives. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needed a family lawyer.
