Some years ago, Barry Zimmer suggested we do a basic estate plan for our son when he went to college. We had no idea how important it would be! In our son's freshmen year, he ended up in the hospital, and we were able to get crucial information about his condition because we had a health care power of attorney, thanks to Barry. I strongly suggest anyone with kids going off to college in the fall to take advantage of Zimmer Law Firm's excellent services, and make sure you have the right legal documents to get information about your child when they are no longer a minor, and in your care.

I had a virtual meeting with Barry to discuss my irrevocable trust. His staff got me to the meeting step by step. As a non tech great grandmother it was a challenge. I had my questions ready in the comfort of my home and Berry had the questionnaire I had filled out prior to our meeting. It went beautifully and I couldn’t be more happy

My wife and I went with Zimmer to get our wills/family trust created. The process was easy to do and most of it was done at home via zoom meetings. We only needed to go into the office to sign the will (all the other stuff we could sign virtually which saved a TON of time).
