We have been long-term clients of the Zimmer Law Firm as were our parents. The value of their services were never more evident than when my father (9 years ago) and mother (11 months ago) died. Being able to have their assistance during the difficult times, and totally avoiding probate, was invaluable! Their services are not limited to just the initial trust writing and assistance at the end of a life. A perfect example is a very recent seminar, 2020 in review. This detailed information about tax law changes and what to be aware of, how to take advantage of certain laws that may change in 2021, the potential political landscape going forward and many other items. In the past, these seminars were conducted live in a hotel setting. While excellent it required travel and physical attendance. Because of Covid 19, the latest seminar was conducted online with slides but still allowing for Q & A. It was very well done an very informational! Personally, I preferred this method because of the ease of getting online, the lack of travel and, this year, the lack of exposure to Covid 19! Regardless how future sessions are conducted, they are informative and I will continue to attend them.

The Zimmer team did an outstanding job putting together the video/computer technology to have a virtual signing! It a appears there was a significant amount of team work, collaboration, legal reviews, and technology advances. Ashley, Megan, Beth, and Kirsten did GREAT! Ashley was patient working us through the process and working out the details. Thank you Zimmer Law Firm!

Zimmer Law Firm has made our estate planning easy. Barry meets with you to get a detailed idea of how you want your estate handled, goes over some options, asks questions, etc., basically gets all of your wishes down in detail before writing it all up in legal form. He gets you through each step and clearly advises you on what you need to do. For the final sign-off, you get to first watch a personalized video that shows your exact wishes in video form, for you to keep/review/share before signing, followed by a period of asking any questions you may have. They have excellent communication and do an outstanding job.

The presentation was very thorough along with the package containing our trust documents...All questions and concerns answered in detail which made this process easy from start to finish....thank you Barry and Ashley!
