I honestly cannot even explain the gratitude I have for Rebecca. She went way above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly despite some set backs. She truly listened to what I had to say and what I wanted and gave me advice on things I needed. 10/10 recommend her!

Because of Rebecca, I received the outcome I set out for: Full custody and a massive change to our parenting time schedule (going from 50/50 parenting time to my ex having every other weekend and a mid week dinner)! Rebecca represented me in a post decree modification for change of custody and parenting time of my two children, ages 8 and 9. My case was quite complex, and my ex husband and I had been involved in and out of the court system for a few years. I agreed to continue shared parenting with my ex because I was fearful of the court's outcome prior to retaining Rebecca as my attorney. My ex husband and I adopted our children as toddlers, and they have had a lot to navigate, coupled with the high conflict divorce situation. Rebecca agreed to take on my active court case, thankfully, because she has made all the difference in the results. From the moment I hired her, I immediately felt like I had an attorney on my side that was ready for the battle to come, and knew that I would be represented strongly in court. My ex and I had tried mediation, with no success. I needed an experienced trial attorney that would take the time to read through the massive amounts of documentation and use it to our benefit. She not only did that, but has far exceeded my expectations in and out of the courtroom setting. She set me up for success from the start with giving great guidance every step of the way to ensure the most important details of my case were brought to the court's attention. Having experience herself as a Guardian Ad Litem, Rebecca helped me understand exactly what I needed to share and communicate with the GAL, which ended up being a very important component of our case. Not only is she knowledgeable and experienced, but she also has an upbeat personality to go along with it, which made me feel so comfortable sharing difficult information with her. I have never experienced anyone who is so dedicated to her clients as Rebecca. I don't know when she sleeps! She is timely in her responses, and is wise with advice well beyond her years. I know that my case was won because of Rebecca's knowledge and expertise. This is one of the most important life decisions to be made, and I'm forever grateful that I put my trust and faith in Rebecca, as she more than came through for us. I have the utmost respect for her.....compassionate and kind, and a strong advocate in court...she fights for what is in the child's best interests. She did for us and she will for you.

I have enlisted Ellen's help on 3 surrogacy contracts so far and plan to use her again. She is the most prompt and timely attorney I have experienced in any realm of practice, typically heard from her within 24 hours of contact and even got updates over holidays or weekends if it was very time sensitive. I have referred surrogates to her and plan to continue! She did a wonderful job at representing me, but more importantly- she taught me about my rights, what I should be careful about moving forward within the contract and very detailed info about how to best protect myself and my family.
