I referred a client to Tibb’s Law Office because they were struggling with the cost and slow moving divorce. Tibb’s Law Office got involved and the process was completed in just a few weeks and cost a fraction of what my client had already paid to their previous lawyer.

EDIT: I received another clients minor child’s medical records in my paperwork!! Since leaving this review, I received my paperwork mailed to me I had provided this law office.. A completely unrelated case about a child and their suicide attempt and other extremely sensitive mental health records! Please look at the responses to the recent reviews! No accountability, and blaming your client for a poor job? So cute! What a sorority joke! Sara Michel represented me for a CPO case for my son and I. I provided nearly 30 pages of evidence proving a pattern of behavior with my Ex. I’m still receiving threatening messages of him threatening to file a CPO, he calls my work threatening me, threatens to File CPOs against my significant other (we don’t do anything to him or my son to cause some sort of reaction like this). All in all, I don’t think my story was listened to. Sara treated me as if i was below her, and I will admit of my past indiscretions. she didn’t talk to me not from a stand point of being the best lawyer for us, but what she could “get done” in the courtroom. after I’ve experienced years of abuse, I suffer from PTSD, and I may have a pattern of behavior as well, but it’s due to the years of violence, physical abuse and mental abuse I’ve been through (gas lighting, manipulation etc). The intimidation tactics continue, my ex husband continues to harass me. I am still doing what I am supposed to do, maintaining my lifestyle changes I’ve made to better myself overall. The thing that really grinds my gears, is I didn’t even get a phone call from her asking me how everything was going. I just got an email saying “hey, looks like everythings done, we’re refunding your retainer and here’s your binder of evidence we didn’t use any of, even.though we had an hour long meeting and I told you I’d show all this evidence for cause”. None of it happened. We are still at a stand still with custody. And I understand wanting to wait due to my circumstances, but I’ve put in the work to change. I’m still here wondering why I can’t live a peaceful life with an abusive man constantly on my shoulder. Legal advice was ok, but our conversations and the “plans” never seemed to align a couple weeks later. she quickly drafted a document to get everything closed up quickly. This law office isn’t women for women imo. Where is Jordan Da’Dario?

I am giving Daryle Tibbs a one star review because I had an interaction today with her in court in which I believe she acted highly unprofessional. Daryle ran into my attorney today and he explained that he was representing me for a court case against her and her client. Daryle loudly spoke in the court lobby stating that my attorney was going to have a tough day and things were going to go badly for him. I believe that was highly unprofessional for an attorney to be speaking to my attorney in a public common area and talking in a negative fashion as I was walking down the hallway. In addition, Daryle's style is to seek out opportunities to maximize her payments by inflating her attorney fees to an exorbitantly high rate that she can then try to pass on to the opposing party. Instead of working towards a reasonable solution for all parties, Daryle will make up fees that are beyond reasonable for the services she is providing. Daryle will hide behind a keyboard and shoot off e-mails instead of taking phone calls and conversations that could result in a productive resolution for all parties. Daryle will then bill these e-mails she sends that have no purpose or intent on solving the problem at hand. Daryle's style is to attempt to instill fear into the party she is opposing. I have read previous reviews and I am sure she will attempt to send me a letter to threaten me to remove the post but I think this review is important for all potential clients of hers or individuals who oppose her in a domestic relations case. On 4/5/2024 at 8:30 am, Daryle responded to this review showing even more how low the level of professionalism she has so I am responding again. She states that I am "pissed" and that my actions were egregious. Paying an ex wife $4,000 per month who sat on the couch for 10 years and giving my ex a free house is better than 99% of the population can provide to anyone. Once again another example of Daryle hiding behind a keyboard instead of calling someone on the phone and discussing the matter in person. I hope the $1,800 I am giving you to file a piece of paper and show up to try to legally steal more of my money was worth the 1 star review.

I've known Daryle and her firm for quite a while, but recently I had cause to use their services to administer an estate for a family member. They were diligent, quick to communicate, and were great to work with. When I had questions they were always answered promptly and clearly. I'd have no hesitation using them again, or referring anyone to them.

I always love leaving 5 star reviews, but this one fell short. The communication I had via email and phone with Tibbs Law Office very slow and a few times I did not even hear back. I was charged for work Ms. Grubbs did that I already did on my own, which seemed unnecessary to the case. Overall, I did not feel that my lawyer truly cared about me and my situation and the entire experience felt like a transaction with the goal of her getting paid. My outcome was less than favorable and I was told that I could walk away with far more than I did. While she was helpful with the interpretation of legal jargon, if I could do it again, I would have chosen differently for my representation.

Hi I had a hearing yesterday for a motion for shared custody and I would like to give a warm thank you to Ms.Grubb for her hard work. She was awesome.

Highly recommend for anyone who needs a good family lawyer. They made me feel confident that they will do everything to ensure the best outcome for my son. Still don't know what the final results will be, the courts move slowly. But I am extremely grateful to have them on my side!
