Tibbs Law works as a cohesive team to meet their clients needs and expectations. When looking for a reputable law firm communication is key and they won't leave you waiting for responses. They have very clear fee structures. Most importantly they won't sugar coat the truth. I've but my trust in them for direction and advice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend for family law, wills etc.

Mary Macpherson was assigned as a parenting coordinator to my ex and I as we were going thru our divorce. In the 6-month period she billed us over $14,0000. As a parenting coordinator she was to provide a monthly billing. I asked at least 5 times during the 1st 2 months if she could provide a detailed billing and she always responded that she did not have time to complete the billing. Then 3 months later she gives us the 1st bill and demands payment immediately and then another 3 months later the 2nd bill with full payment demand. I completely paid her invoices not realizing I was being billed for items that I should not have been billed for. Items such as a 5-hour conversation with the Parenting investigator and reports she supposedly wrote over course of many many hours. My ex did not pay her and disputed her bill and went to mediation and she reduced his bill. I was present for this mediation and told her, I would want my bill to be reduced as well if any concessions were made to my ex husbands bill. I could not stay for the full mediation and my attorney and I left early due to appointments. After mediation completed, she called me and said, she did not have the money at this time and would have to wait until my ex paid her so she could refund the extra that I paid her. Now a week later, she is fully paid from my ex but blatantly lies to me in an email stating she never promised to pay me. The issue is not for me about the money she won’t refund. The issue is the fact; this woman is a LIAR. If she can lie about something simple like this, who knows what other things she lies about in dealing with clients and running up faulty bills and not following parenting coordinator guidelines. At the end, I would not trust this attorney and hope that any court using her as a parenting coordinator or Guardian Ad Litem remove her from their roster.

Daryle has been working with my wife and I to establish a will since we recently had our first child. We had absolutely no idea about how to approach something like this, and wanted to make sure our daughter was taken care of in the event of an unfortunate circumstance. Daryle was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient with us as we worked through the process (which we are still doing.)
