His assistant is rude and never calls you back. They moved location never once letting the clients know anything. It's over a yr and I've yet to hear nothing. Don't waste your time

Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. They’re obviously fake. They don’t get anything done within 6 months. Please choose someone else who will take the time to get your case settled.

Attorney Ralls and his Legal Assistant Carmela was very professional when it came to my case. I recieved the maxium payout for my car that totaled out, they got my rental car extended for 2 extra weeks until I was able to buy a new car. My whole case was settled in 5 months and I was very pleased with the dollar amount.

It took a while but he got it done,he got me and my dad the money we needed after the accident.will recommend jason ralls

Please don’t use them when they approach you after the accident they say that they can get u at least 5600 then when she mentioned the lawyer would get a third I gave her a look then she said no not out of your 5600 they take there cut from the money paid to the chiropractor ok fine then they send you to therapy for 5 weeks so u end up owing the chiropractor an insane amount of money to put a darn vibrating heating pad on your back 2700 to be exact then when settlement time comes the hit your pockets hard I got 5000 that I only received 1600 out of thanks but no thanks please do not get involved with these people

She poorly handled the case, and failed to respond timely to the courts and would no longer return calls or emails.
