This law firm is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with in my life. They never contacted me never called. Everything was done via text message or via email. If I had to recommend them, I wouldn’t recommend them to a dog.Hands down trash.

SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ATTORNEY!!!! WARNING DO NOT HIRE HER!!!!! SHE IS ALL ABOUT MONEY!!!!! NO DEDICATED REPRESENTATION FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF HER CLIENTS. SHE IS VERY LAZY!!!! I WILL REPEAT VERY LAZY!!!! SHE WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOUR CASE AND STILL REQUEST MORE MONEY!!!! SHE DOESN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS!!!! SHE IS CONSTANTLY LATE FILING IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS AS EVIDENCE. SHE IS VERY AGGRESSIVE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO HER CLIENTS . SHE COMES TO COURT UNPREPARED. SHE WILL NOT FILE OBJECTIONS WHEN NEEDED. SHE DOES NOT LISTEN TO HER CLIENTS. SHE LOVES TAKING THE EASY WAY OUT AND EXPECTS YOU TO PAY HER BENTLEY MONEY WHILE DOING LITTLE TO NO WORK!!!!! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A TRIAL LAWYER ON ANY LEVEL OF LAW!!!! I AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS REVIEWER SHE NEEDS TO GO BACK TO LAW SCHOOL!!!!! A BIG WAIST OF MONEY!!!! I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER ATTORNEY WHO IS MORE PROFESSIONAL WITH PROVEN CREDENTIALS !!!!! DO NOT HIRE HER!!!!

Please do your research before allowing this "law firm" to handle your case. It has been a nightmare dealing with them since my accident in 4/2023. They didn't actual start working my case until 9/2023 even though I had completed treatment in June 2023. I have always had to reach out to them for any updates. The updates I received were always very generic with no real plan of action. I have only spoken to the actual lawyer one time in the year and 4 months they have supposedly been working my case. After declining the insurance initial offer in March 2024 and reaching out for updates monthly. I didn't get a call until August 2024 letting me know a lawsuit hadn't been filed and they were now sending my file to one of their trial lawyers in NC. The call didn't even come from the lawyer but his assistant Erica. After receiving no real results, I got tired of dealing with them and took the insurance companies low offer. Hopefully someone will see this review and think twice before dealing with them.

I was hit by a Semi truck in the beginning of the year and I went through Jason Ralls law firm. I was under the impression getting my money would take at least a year but his law firm got me my money in under a year. Erica my case manager was amazing! Any questions I had she answered promptly. I never went long periods of time without hear from them. I would highly recommend going through this law firm if you’re in an auto accident!
