If you have been denied Social Security Disability or Long Term Disability from an insurance company, then look no further than Margolius & Margolius Law Firm! I think they are one of the best when it comes to helping people get what they truly deserve related to SSD & LTD. I worked with Andrew Margolius for my LTD case and with Marcia Margolius for my SSD case. Both were superb and really cared about me. They also cared about what was fair & just. I read one review when someone said they charged them for a consultation. Well, I have to tell you that I was not charged a consultation fee and did not have to pay any fees until I won my case which they were paid the regulated fee allowed by SSD and no more. I thought they spent just the right amount of time with me initially at their office and then thereafter by teleconference, emails, and fax. They also worked with my doctor to get the necessary medical information they needed for my case. They would let me know what and when they needed information from me which I provided. Just to let people know, this is not a one way street, so don't expect your attorneys to do everything for you ... you will have to put in your work as well. The better the data you can provide your attorneys, the better the case they can't make for you which equates to a better chance of you winning your case! Overall, I was very pleased with the Margolius & Margolius law firm and their representation for both my SSD and LTD cases. I did my research and sought them out since I thought they were the best. I drove three hours to be able to meet with them, so that lets you know how much I valued their firm. I highly recommend them! Thank you Marcia & Andrew Margolius.

I found an attorney for ssi here , her name is Michelle De Baltzo. She seems really sensere about helping me fight my case. I suffer from fibromyalgia , sciatica , and depression along with a few others . I feel she is really gonna fight on my behalf . Ive been battling for yrs with my health n trying to convince ssi im really too sick to work . I have faith this round I will be approved ... I recommend that you continue to go to all doctors appointments to help better your case. Document everything . Keep the Faith & Pray without ceasing I promise YOU God never fails, he places ppl in your life for a reason n a purpose ...

My personal experience they didn't help me at all, didn't even try

I have been sick for a very long time and kept getting denied through social security. The last time I was denied I decided to hire a lawyer to help me get through this. I made an excellent choice. While i didnt spend much time with my lawyer Michelle Debaltzo, she was absolutely amazing. She is honest and to the point. I have to admit I was very nervous about her because I couldnt find any reviews or testimonials online that pertained to just her. However, she was wonderful, she didnt sugar coat anything and didnt give me false hope. She looked through my records and built a great case and best of all didnt give up on me. She answered every question I had and was totally awsome. After my hearing yesterday I was so nervous about how it was going to turn out. She assured me that we had won, I immediately started crying and she teared up with me and wasnt afraid to lend her shoulder for me to cry on! So a huge thank you to Michelle! I also wanted to shine some light on Lisa as well she is a legal aid at their office, she and I shared many emails over the past few years and she always answered all my questions and kept me in a positive mood so thank you as well Lisa keep up the great work you guys are so awsome!
