My husband has brain problems with memory issues as we was at the interview the lawyer asked questions if my husband didn't answer quick enough or couldn't remember I would well the lawyer didn't like this and shifted in his seat with an attitude well I continued I been with my husband for 25 yrs I was there the day it happened I go to all Dr's appointments and Surgeries and I'm a caregiver for alzimers and dementia so I take care of my husband as well at home anyway at the end of the interview last question my husband again didnt know so i answered and he stated I should of just talked to you the whole time and my husband said Yeah that's y I bring her everywhere 4 ears are better then 2

the lawyer did not believe in my case, after it was over he said that i didnt have a chance from the start and yet he took the case and my money...when we went to precourt he was working with the courts to end the case fast telling me we had no chance of winning and i should take what was offered, he did not fight for me and I lost everything...he never reviewed important papers and if the other side was willing to pay then how is it that I had no CHANCE IN WINNING?????? I AM BROKEN HEARTED AT MY LOSS
