So I made a mistake and drove impaired and was arrested for ovi. Mr. Brockler was able to not only get my ovi dropped to a reckless op but was able to have it amended from an alcohol related charge to a non alcohol related reckless. This allows me to continue to work in and out of Canada without have to apply for a tra (temporary residence application) every time I cross. This is a huge deal and saved me thousands of dollars and headaches. If you are in need of an attorney I recommend him 1000 percent. No way will I ever call anyone else for legal issues. I was wrongly charged with reckless operation by a park ranger for passing a slow driver in a no passing zone. I am 20 years old and did not want a criminal charge on my record. Made magic happen for someone who should of been guilty He got a charged lowered to a minor misdemeanor, no jail time and the best part is in 6 moths he will get it expunged, so it will be like I never had a criminal record.
