My first experience with Aaron was in 2017 when he was my public defender. He helped me get probation on an assault case/drug abuse that I had gotten. I struggled over the next four years to remain sober. I’d put together a year, and then relapse...which always resulted in an overdose. The very last time I OD’d I left the state on probation. I was afraid of dying. After putting a decent life together in another state, I had a daughter and decided I would never be a good father while I had a warrant in Ohio. I remembered Aaron Brockler and decided to give him a call. I’m so glad that I did. He managed to set up a court date for me so I wouldn’t have to turn myself into jail. He said he was determined to get me back home to be with my kid. Sure enough he did, I know there are plenty of lawyers in this for the money, but I don’t think Aaron is one of them. As I type this my baby girl is sitting in her bouncer watching TV. He got me another chance that I surely didn’t deserve. He’s worked with me on my payments, and was with me every step of the way. I’ve got a long way to go to being the father I know my baby deserves, but without Aaron Brockler I would likely be sitting in Cuyahoga County Jail regretting life. Aaron thank you so much!
