Navigating the justice system ( cops, courts , and corrections) is not for the faint of heart. Once a person becomes a defendant the ball is no longer in their court and trusting the process is tough. I am so grateful for the guidance and legal representation that my family received from Attorney Bret Jordan. Yes, being in this space is frustrating over all but he worked diligently to get the best outcome for our family. He was highly recommended and now I will also recommend him when issues arise. Unprofessional. The lady who returned my call was useless, and they held my property for ransom and filed a lien against it after purchasing the home 4 months ago, while I wasn't sure where to send HOA payments. HOA past due payments were $193, and their legal fees were $570 after their payment fee. Their fees were nearly 3x the fees I owed to the HOA, which again, were only 4 months late after just buying the home. No communication of the lien prior to it being filed. Unprofessional.

Ive had numerous dui charges but none in the last 10 yrs...so when i caught one recently i was extremely scared and nervous..eric got my charge reduced he always ansered my texts or calls and made me feel at ease..the judge literlly said in court that my lawyer worked a miracle deal in my case considering my history i even got to keep my license..the judge said eric pointed out all the legal issues wit my case that resulted in a amendment of the charge..i recomend eric if your in a jam concerning drugs or alcohal and driving . Hes very knowledgeable..fyi this my first review ive ever written of a attorney.

Helped me get a possession charged expunged completely. I also got two DUIs within 3 years, for my first one he got all my charges knocked down to just the DUI, then for my second one 3 years later, he got it charged as a first offense with unlimited driving privileges. He’s awesome, knows exactly what he’s doing, and very good at calming people down when they are extremely worried, especially me!!
