Tim got me out of a DUI where I probably should've been locked up, I went down the wrong road and totaled my car and he got it reduced to reckless op. I highly recommend hiring him if you're ever in a situation like this, not to mention he saved me thousands of dollars. Blew a .186 super dui

My son was pulled over for a "no left turn" violation. The officer told my son that he drove up over the curb and was close to hitting pedestrians. My son was going 15-20 MPH and he did not do anything but make an illegal left turn. The officer insisted on a field sobriety test which my son passed. The officer then insisted on a breathalyzer which my son refused. My son was then arrested and spent a night in jail. We hired Tim and he uncovered the fact that the officer had erased his dash-cam footage because the officer had ran into the curb on the return to the station house, exactly what he claimed my son had done. The officer failed to appear and after many lengthy postponements: Tim was able to convince the judge, based upon the field sobriety test which Nick passed; that the DUI was thrown out and my son was charged only with the traffic violation. I can't thank Tim enough for his skillful handling of the case, which could have gone from bad to worse.

I have been sick for a very long time and kept getting denied through social security. The last time I was denied I decided to hire a lawyer to help me get through this. I made an excellent choice. While i didnt spend much time with my lawyer Michelle Debaltzo, she was absolutely amazing. She is honest and to the point. I have to admit I was very nervous about her because I couldnt find any reviews or testimonials online that pertained to just her. However, she was wonderful, she didnt sugar coat anything and didnt give me false hope. She looked through my records and built a great case and best of all didnt give up on me. She answered every question I had and was totally awsome. After my hearing yesterday I was so nervous about how it was going to turn out. She assured me that we had won, I immediately started crying and she teared up with me and wasnt afraid to lend her shoulder for me to cry on! So a huge thank you to Michelle!
