I recently had the pleasure of being represented by Attorney Hess, and I am certainly glad I did. He kept me well informed throughout my case, followed through with his word, made me feel very comfortable during appearances, prepared me on what to expect , and got the results I not only hoped for but deserved. Extremely friendly and easy to talk to, answered any questions or concerns I had in a very precise manner, and ultimately was able to get a felony 2 , reduced to a simple misdemeanor no jail no fines and non reporting probation for a few months instead of potentially looking at 3-8 yrs mandatory. I was blessed to have been appointed Mr. Hess, he was all I could have wanted and more with my life essentially in his hands. I will absolutely use him if ever I get wrapped up in an unfortunate situtation ever again down the road, and will refer anyone else I know who developes legal woes of their own. Thank you again Tim. I received 4 speeding tickets within a one year period. I applied for my dream job and some of the points on my license needed to go ASAP. After consulting with Tim, he found multiple ways we could attack these faulty speeding ticket claims. Long story short, Tim fought hard for me and we won and I got my dream job.
