Recently one of my family members was charged with a serious crime based upon a false police report submitted by the actual perpetrator. I hired Brandon to defend my family member because of his excellent online reviews and because his law firm's website makes it clear that criminal defense law makes up a large part of the firm's practice. As a result, my family member was spared the distress and disruption of having to endure a protracted legal process and was completed exonerated. He carefully explained each step in the legal process, was thorough in his court preparation, and--very important--was remarkably available and supportive in what was clearly an anxiety-provoking situation. These guys did a very poor job of representation of me for an alcohol case in Lakewood. There was continous lack of communication and lack of returned phone calls. All court notices were sent to their office and then not forwarded to me in a timely fashion. As a result I missed a critical hearing resulting in a less than optimum outcome of my case. In addtion I was assigned several attys during my case some of which were incompetent and not up to speed on my case. Do not hire this firm!

I was facing my fourth DUI and I knew my life was over. I went online and researched lawyers who specialized in Duis and I came across Mr. Brandon Henderson. I read all of his reviews and I was impressed. So I decided to give him a call and I'm very glad i did. With me facing my fourth DUI i was very NERVOUS but he made me feel comfortable when we met. To make a long story short Mr. Henderson work the case so well that the judge handled it like it was my first DUI. I did three days in jail, $1,000 fine and license suspended for 6 months.
