Besides Brandon being one of the smartest people I know, he is very down to Earth. I found him to be sensitive to the situation but didn't mess around or beat around the bush. He was very articulate but always explained everything in plain English. You won't find a harder working or better attorney that has your back. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Mr. Henderson to anyone wanting a positive outcome with a legal issue.

Brandon Henderson is an excellent attorney. My son had multiple DUI's and was facing a felony DUI conviction with a possibility of years in prison. Mr. Henderson patiently walked us though the legal process as both my son and I beleaguered him with questions and "what-ifs". As it turned out, Mr. Henderson directed and represented us in the Veteran's Court and was able to get my son in a long-term rehab program which ultimately will allow my son to have a normal, sober life. I would absolutely and unequivocally recommend Brandon Henderson as your attorney.

Brandon is the hands down best attourney I've had and met.He is extremely personable, and competent and will work his butt off to achieve the best result in a stressful situation.I was extremely blown away not only professionally but also as a person he makes himself as available as possible and puts the pressure on himself rather than the client. Cannot recommend him enough I mean he took an hour and a half off his time on Christmas eve to get to know me and discuss my case...10/10!

A few years back..I needed an Attorney to help settle a personal matter. After being "Strung" along for about 2 weeks by another Attorney (Not returning my calls, always re-scheduling meeting times, etc...) I was referred to Henderson & Weatherly...And whereas almost all "Legal Matters" can be INTIMIDATING; These guys made it bare-able...They answered and/or returned my phone calls, Kept me up to speed on any updates, and were "Realistic" about the outcome of my case. Brandon is by far the most knowledgeable attorney I have worked with. He's handled numerous legal issues for myself, and has always put me in the best possible position i could be in. He keeps you informed as to what to expect, is very reasonablly priced, extremely attentive (returns calls within 24 hrs) and knows his way around a courthouse. Brandon is passionate about his profession. He diligently works to find the evidence and resources to support you in your case. I was charged with an OVI which he got lowered to a physical control. Remarkable work.

I met Brandon several years ago through a good friend. Being young and dumb I got pulled over one night and charged with a OVI. I was scared and ashamed but Brandon not only handled my case, he made sure I knew I was only human and I had simply made a mistake. I wasn't a bad person. He was very open and honest, stayed positive throughout the whole process, and somehow got the case dismissed. I never once felt alone and I couldn't have imagined a better outcome considering the circumstances. He is not only a great attorney , he is a kind and compassionate man . Brandon goes above and beyond for his clients. Got me out of situations that other lawyers doubted. He's extremely good at what he does. And I wouldn't go to anyone else to represent me. He basically saved my life. I dont know where I would have ended up if it wasnt for him. Not only is he a good friend of mine, he is a hard working and very reputable lawyer.
