Years later looking back, I can tell you that Joe Stafford gave me my life back. Divorce is ugly and anyone on the other side of Joe will go out of their way to leave bad reviews simply because he wins for his clients. I read some of the negative reviews and I was provided the court cases against Joe, but he was recommended to me by a friend I trusted that said there’s no one better. Not only was Joe the best professionally, but he was also incredibly good to me on a personal level. He gave me life advice I needed to hear because I divorce, it feels like there’s no longer an expected life path that makes sense. Joe was real, he was candid and he was fair. He told me things not to do that would utilize his time so that charges were not excessive. When I received my final bill, it was far lower than my expectation, especially because my ex kept calling him a con artist that was going to rip me off. Joe was none of the negative things the other side claimed. Instead, he was a tough attorney that fought for my future, protected me from making bad, emotional decisions and someone that gave me life advice that allowed me to keep my head up moving forward. Years later, I remarried, have beautiful children with another on the way and although Joe wasn’t the only one that guided me to a better life, he sure was the most unexpected influence. Years later, I’m still thankful Joe. We’ve never spoken again since my case ended, but making sure a fair review is posted is the least I can do.

Joe is the most amazing advocate for your case. He will understand your situation better than you. The results he achieved are beyond what I could have imagined. Joe took a seemingly impossible situation and delivered my family back to me. After reading one of the negative reviews, it sounds an awful lot like something my ex would write...clearly Joe was effective!

Joe Stafford is an acquired taste, but hands down the best family lawyer in northeast (if not all) ohio.. knows the law and statues in every direction. Knows how to win in trial and can dipose someone so well they wish they just gave up. Has been a life changing hire.

I came to Joe with a dumpster fire of a case. Joe and his team (Nicole and Kelley) took my case after I LOST my custody trial, when there was no hope, I felt like my entire world was crashing before my very eyes, and no other lawyer would touch my case... Joe Stafford and his team got to work. As Joe said, his job was to create enough of wedge to open to the door to my case after a magistrate went off the rails and made a very poor judgment in my custody trial. Not only did he create a wedge, he knocked the g-d*mn door down and we WON!! I finally put my faith in the right legal team. Not only did we win, we won against one of the larger legal firms in Cleveland, you know the kind that are cocky and think they're unstoppable, those guys... Joe and team Won against those guys (not the first time either). Know this, if you want a legal team that is going to fight for you, has a reputation of being ruthless in all the right ways and relentless in their pursuit to leveraging the letter of the law, then stop what you're doing, you found your legal team. I can not sing Joe's praises enough, he saved my life!
