I have worked with a number of attorneys at Kaman and Cusimano and have found all of them to be highly competent, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with, especially when handling challenging issues.

I was surprised by the way I was treated, actually I'm not surprised, when you're an amateur and don't have people skills. I was seeking help for someone I know, never got to speak with the attorney but one of the others. I felt slighted and disrespected! Totally unprofessional! Johnny Cochran is and will always be the best lawyer! And if he was still around, I would have contacted him immediately. If they are good to you, it's because you're a white person, plain and simple.They only service whoever they want! Please beware of this place!

I’m young and I’ve been hitting a hardship left and right lately so bankruptcy was my only option I felt to get a fresh start.After our first initial meeting I felt comfortable and my aniexty decreased..Before I even hired Joe I would email him my new financial problems and he would offer me advice and assure me that we could take care of that situation as well.I appreciate his work and thank him for helping me..My petition will be filed Monday and I could finally feel free again.

I couldn’t sleep and I was being hounded by creditors day and night. Initially I went to see one lawyer and something did not feel right. So I never went back. I contacted Joe actually when I was vacationing as I came across his name- and then met him a few days. He was very flexible and took the time to explain the whole process. Joe is a nice guy with caring demeanor and really took to making sure my case was filed in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and made sure I was prepared for the trustee. Took attorney Shannon McCormick over 3 and a half weeks to respond to inquiries about a lien that was paid in full. In fact, my account balance was zero. Oddly enough, she suddenly became available to speak to my attorney when We asked to speak with a partner at the firm regarding her failure to respond. When I was on the conference call, She initially claimed she was not aware of payment. However, less than a minute later, she called my lawyer, confirmed payment, and said that she would immediately remove the lien. However, I am going ahead and posting this review as it has been a week and my attorney has not heard back from her despite numerous attempts to contact her. She ought to be disbarred as she is unable to follow through on basic tasks and act within the confines of the law. Also, looking forward to seeing how the firm responds to this detailed review as I can prove every statement I made here.

Joe took care of my case really fast and I was able to get my life back on track.

I was in need of a Chap 13 attorney and checked many places before deciding on Joe. In the initial consultation O met directly with Joe, not a legal secretary or aid. I was impressed with Joes knowledge of the bankruptcy laws. Unfortunately this was not my first bankruptcy so inevitably I had some additional concerns of which Joe walked me through step by step. After hiring Joe I met with him directly and spoke on the phone with him directly at every turn. In a sea of Attorney's Joe really is far above par then the 'average Joe'. I hope to God I never need a bankruptcy attorney again, but I would not hesitate, and have recommended Joe Romano to many close friends and family.

I hired Marcus to represent me in a rather difficult case. I'll save the details for another time, but the end result is that I was release from prison years early because of Marcus Sidoti and his excellent work. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone facing judicial woes.
