I have attended many or these seminars over the past 4 years and would recommend them to all Board members. They are professionally presented in every way and an excellent source of information. From the Town-hall session, to the featured presentation and often a person sitting near-by is a learning experience. What a value!

Our POA has found every K&C seminar to be helpful and relevant. As such our board members attempt to attend every one. Not only are the topics helpful for our education and association's business processes, they are offered at multiple locations and on different dates to accommodate otherwise busy schedules. We appreciate that they begin on time and end as advertised. The meeting environments are casual and comfortable and the potential for dialog with other association members is a plus, too. The booklets disseminated at the seminars minimize note taking while providing a good reference afterward. Please keep up the good work!

Kaman & Cusimano offer a comprehensive education for volunteer board members serving their Home Owner and Condo Owner Associations. Coming on as a board member three years ago I had many questions and Kaman & Cusimano have the answers. They are a one stop shopping center for our Association. They educate by brochure, webinars, and seminars with outline booklets of the lecture to take home and reference. They keep teaching at a pace that is doable with details that show their experience and research. Phone calls are welcome to bounce questions and concerns. They show how to make a comprehensive plan for today and the future. It has given us confidence and peace of mind.

I have been on the board of my condominium association for two and a half years, and the first surprise was receiving the very useful and comprehensive booklets sent by Kaman & Cusimano for new board members. Then I received the first schedule for the upcoming seminar--another bonus for serving. I have found them beneficial for understanding the role of the board member, and clarifying many technical and legal matters. The attorneys who give the seminars and those answering all those questions really know their business. It is also enlightening to find out that many of the same problems exist in every type of home owner association.

Our Association has used K&C for years. They put on excellent seminars a couple of times a year as part of their service to clients. These seminars are a great opportunity to network and get questions answered, and to hear what other associations are going through...good and bad. Also a good way to learn best practices and keep up with current changes in condo law. I mostly deal with two or three of the firm's attorneys and get an excellent response. They know how to quickly get to the key issues of a situation and explain them in concise layman's terms.

Our Board of Directors has attended every seminar offered since we became clients of Kaman & Cusimano. We have learned something new from every seminar. Sometimes the topic doesn't sound urgent for our complex but we attend and comment afterward, "Well, I didn't know that", or "Oops, guess we need to add that at the next document review". Sometimes the questions from other groups and the responses answer questions for us that we didn't even know we needed to ask. We highly recommend every board member attend. Kaman & Cusimano seminars provide sustenance for the body and mind.

The Fall Seminar was the first seminar I attended. I found it to be very interesting and I learned some very useful information. I look forward to attending more of the seminars.

I, along with the President of our HOA, have attended K&C seminars for several years now. Every seminar has been very educational but I believe this recent seminar, “Disaster Will Strike! My HOA hired K&C in 2013 and have been pleased with the many services we receive. Our board of trustee members do attend the various seminars and find them informative, timely, and filled with "best-practice" protocols and policies. The seminars are offered in a number of locations and times. There is a pre-seminar Q &A with one of the firm's attorneys that provides helpful information covering a number of topics. The seminars are well organized, the seminar booklets are well prepared and informative, and the seminar itself is timely and interesting. There is time afterwards to ask specific questions that ones condo/HOA may be experiencing. One other service that K&C provides their customers is the ability to call for a 15 minute quick consultation about a specific issue that may arise from time-to-time. I feel our HOA receives a good return on investment by utilizing K&C as legal resource.
