I would definitely recommend HMW Law, to anyone who needs a phenomenal defense lawyer. We hired Justin Weatherly and honestly we spoke and met with many law firms and he was the best choice. Things happen in life , sometimes just being At a place at the wrong time and when you are uncertain of what the outcome will be, it is very stressful. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything. He was very blunt and truly did everything he said he would. He made sure to get every piece of evidence from police reports, body cam footage, all the way up to being booked in the jail from a couple hours prior to the arrest and after. He told us exactly what could happen and genuinely listened to us. While he usually does what I guess some would consider big crimes such as murder and federal cases.. he took my boyfriends case just as seriously as he did with so many others- I did a lot of research. Not just Google reviews..I looked up dockets to similar cases. Ours would have been a weapons under disability which would have been an F3. (I only share this because i know with reviews some want to know if their situation is similar) and we got the best outcome that could have happened. We ended up with an ammended charge of a misdemeanor and he also is helping get his record expunged so he can truly put his past behind him. That part depends on prior charges and i think only f3s and lower. I know many have stated that he is expensive... but you get what you pay for. This law firm and Justin is worth every last cent. He didn't promise or try to sell himself.. he was blunt, thorough, and respectful. Told us everything that could happen. He defends evidence... not just what someone says happened. He is very respected in the court. Honestly (while we hope to never need Mr. Weatherly again) .. he would be the first and only lawyer we would contact again. We are so grateful for all that he did for us. If you or someone you love find yourself in a troubling legal situation- Justin Weatherly and Hmw law is definitely the defense team you want fighting for you.

This firm is more like a family. The year and a half they have been in my life they fought hard for my brother and even though we didn't get the outcome we were hoping for it wasn't from Brandon's or Justin's lack of defense they were like like soldiers in that courtroom and went to war but the media had tainted every aspect they could before trial even began so with that being said this firm is the greatest To Brandon Justin and the rest of the firm from the bottom of my heart I appreciate each and everyone of you stay blessed much love always and forever
