Great place for legal advice

I actulally do not know where to start because it was such a pleasure working with The Eisen Law Firm. Todd Gurney and Brian Eisen and needless to say Anne were great. At one of the most difficult times in my life Toddy Gurrney reaasurred me that he would be honest and that we would get through this which he did in fact deliver to the end. He reminded me to be patient and allow himself and Brian to fulllfill their expertise. The three Todd, Brian and Anne are definitely phenomenal team players. When I tell you Todd and Brian are very knowledgeable of their industry....boy oh boy are they. My families case was based on my mom's wrongful dealth and Todd and I were always on the same page. I know we all make mistakes because we are all human and that does not exclude doctors and we should be accountalbe. My mom was given an overdose of medicine which triggered her delicate and unique body and medical history. Although filing a wrongful dealth claim does not bring my mom back it's a bit of release to know that a team of experts felt the same as I did and assiisted in everyway possible and the case was satisfied. I can finally breath. Their paralegal/Executive assistant was even great She listen and comforted me in my time of sorrow and gave words of encouragement and faith. She always knew who I was when I called and was just good all around. I'm just going to say all these three Experts "ROCK" and I would refer them to anyone. And needless to say, something that I never even shared with them. When I firs started seeking legal and medical advise for my mom I went to a top notch Cleveland law firm and they told me there was nothing that they could do and that it was not a case. I kept pushing and look GOD blessed me with the The Eisen Law firm who took the case on and won. Love You Guys! Keep up the good work.

I could not have made a better choice in a law firm for my situation. Brian and Todd were very easy to work with and are great listeners. They made me and my family feel completely at ease. My life changed forever 18 years ago when my son was born. I understand when you're thinking lives change after any child is born, but this was different. As a nurse, I was so impressed with Brian Eisen. This law firm is passionate, (crazy passionate!) about patients' rights. It is a mission and a passion for them and he is more detailed and knowledgeable than any other. His clinical academic background, added to his law studies makes his a unique position for advocacy and he does it so well. Without advocates like Mr. Eisen, patients' rights would be dismissed. In the two cases Rick handled for me he proved to be a talented lawyer with sound integrity. He is a straight talker, good writer (which is a bonus for appeals), and he is not greedy. I appreciated him explaining the judicial process and giving me all of my options. I found it best to make appointments to communicate while preparing the case; but, when the time approached for the cases to be heard, the emails passed between us frequently. In both cases, his legal prowess effected success for me and that is why I am giving him a five-star review. He was voted by his peers as "A Rising Star," well, that's because Rick is everything you need and want in a lawyer.
