Todd was instrumental in every possible way of making a life changing event into a "life changing" event! Brian and Todd worked tirelessly on bringing to a close a harrowing chapter in our family's lives. They are the team you need! My family can't say "thank you" enough!

Do NOT hire Rick, he is as bad as they come. Rick, like’s to tell you all the thing’s he is going to do to help with your case, to charge ridiculous retainer rate’s, only to ignore and neglect his duties as an attorney. He will not communicate with you, in regards to your case, he will not prepare for your hearing’s, he will not abide by deadline’s and when you confront Rick, he will act surprised that anything is wrong, even after you have attempted to communicate with him for day’s, wk’s, mnth’s. The only thing I can gaurantee about Rick is, he WILL fail you & your case in every aspect.

I hired Mr. Stahl for my divorce. Due to the opposing council's lack of experience in family law and COVID, things took a lot longer than I anticipated. Rick always made me feel confident that he had mine and my daughter's best interest at heart. He is very easy to talk to and in return, helped me keep emotionally composed when I was ready to break. The only issue I had was a few times of frustration as he can be a tough guy to get ahold of. He is confident, knowledgeable, and understands how difficult of a time a divorce can be. After my wife's tragic passing.  I was on a search for the law firm that would make things right for my wife and my family.  I am lucky enough to have family and friends in the business that recommended  the EIsen Law Firm. I met with Mr. Eisen and his associate Mr. Gurney.  After a long conversation I hired them on the spot.  My feeling during the meeting was the Eisen Law Firm had the resources and knowledge to proceed with our case.  Also I felt they cared about my wife, my daughters and myself. Over the duration of our case all of those things were realized.  The Eisen law firm was always extremely responsive to any and all questions / concerns I would have. Mr Eisen was always available and honest. I truly feel the Eisen Law Firm became an extended family. I could not recommend a Law Firm more highly.

Run, run as fast as you can away from this firm. I hired Richard Stahl to handle a fairly easy divorce. 7 months later all I have to show for the experience is a rough draft of a Seperation Agreement. He doesn't return emails or phone calls to either myself or to my spouse's attorney. When I confronted him about all this he tried to put the blame on me. When you are going through the roughest time in your life you need an attorney you can count on. One who is responsive to your needs and works diligently on your behalf. In my experience, Richard Stahl is not that attorney. What a costly mistake! Richard you should be ashamed!!!!

While they say super attorneys they seem to be far from that. I owe $18k for more than nothing. My indictment had another man's name on it. I was not mirandized while questioned in custody and the prosecutions case hinged on what I said. I was offered a lower grade felony, then it was pulled because I made calls to the "victim", my wife at the time from a psych ward. Where I was drugged and had no clue what I was doing. Any decent defense attorney could have worked with this. He didn't take my calls from jail. I plead to charge. After months. I was sentenced to the max, so 18 months, over my head, 5 years probation. 1 year intensive. I could have gotten a better deal with a public defender. My current attorney couldn't believe i owed $18k to this place. I will be contacting Ohio BAR and filing against them for inadequate representation. I fully believe my attorney helped the prosecution as a friend. And I also believe he was involved with the victim somehow. As a former military intelligence NCO i will figure this information out.
