Brian Eisen and Todd Gurney are professional, honest to a fault and superb at what they do. They work in tandem to analyze your case, explaining in detail the pros and cons and give you a frank assessment of your unique situation. Their medical knowledge and understanding of the medical infrastructure proved invaluable to our case. My husband and I brought our story to them not really knowing what the outcome would be. His doctor misdiagnosed a test that should have sent him straight to a specialist which likely would have guaranteed a more favorable outcome. Over a year later it was realized as a late stage cancer for him. Brian and Todd worked diligently to scour all of his records and found inconsistencies and medical errors. They explained possible disappointment due to the way the law sometimes works yet still they moved forward and we felt they believed in us and wanted to see a wrong righted. We are satisfied with the results. Todd and Brian are both passionate about what they do but more importantly they are both compassionate human beings. The good guys really do still exist! My husband and I highly recommend them.

Extremely rude and had no bed side manner. He basically laughed at my case when presented to him. I understand that attorneys won’t take on certain cases. But I feel he could have handled the phone conversation more professionally and less opinionated.

Treated with everything but respect! Accepted my case, fired the original attorney without notifying me. Basically told me my case wasn’t worth the fight. Then Madilyn Bell waited until the statue was up on my issue to call and “withdraw”. While expressing my frustration I was insulted and told “Well you can find another Lawyer”. Lawyers should have a better moral compass and emotional intelligence. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ON ANY LEVEL!!!!!!!!!!!
