I dealt with Mark twice, first time he didn’t charge me even a penny. Second time he was very affordable, very responsive, and very efficient. Mark is a kind of guy who get things done quick without any unnecessary noise.

I received a speeding ticket a few months back and I can honestly say, Gardner is absolutely true to his word. My court date was moved around several times due to our current quarantine-pandemic situation but Mark Gardner remained vigilant and focused in solving my case in a professional manner. He reduced my charge to a 0-point, non-moving, equipment violation and I was beyond impressed by the outcome. A major weight was lifted off my shoulders. I would highly recommend!

Mark Gardner. What can I not say. This human being(me) is free and has enjoyed his freedom because of good lawyers like Mark. Honest, Unfettered legal advice is the jargon that was presented to me, honestly and fairly. Matter of Fact. I am in a situation right now and have just received a stimulus and need legal advice I could get for free because I am not rich but would rather pay him 50 dollars for 10 minutes of his time because he is a serious lawyer who does not beat around the shrub. He also cares about everyone he represents and I mean observationally empathizes.

Mark had my charge reduced in the pre-trial. I did not have to do a thing. The judge said something along the lines of “be sure to thank your lawyer for getting you such a good deal”. Would use him again!
