WOW !!! where do i begin with this very KNOWLEDGEABLE Attorney? I contacted Mr. Gardner @ 5:30 a.m. one morning, I received a phone call from him about 7:30 a.m. and he was in court at 11a.m. and reversed EVERYTHING! When I tell you this Lawyer is on top of the Law and his game! Nothing but a great experience from beginning to end. Mr. Gardner cares and it shows. Definitely one to have on your Team. I called this joker for help, after harrased by police, and locked in a room, not being detained or arrested by police i could not leave, and instead of helping me he told me I should have thanked them. thank u officers for not allowing me to get a drink, use the bathroom, or even have a smoke. But yes officers thank u. I was a victim, and treated like a criminal, by them and apparently this guy. Funny thing is I was able to leave the room when they turned their back, after several hrs, I told them I was going to have a smoke, walked out, they ask me to promise to come back in. The hospital, Wow I'm a big time criminal. Take ur business else where, contact me on Facebook book ill give u a lawyer I found who didn't treated me like a criminal.

Mark is honestly under charging for his service. He went above and beyond for me and I'm sure this is true with all of his clients. I got a speeding ticket in Newburgh Heights which I did not need cause I didn't want the points and my insurance go up so I called Mark Gardner he was straight forward with me about the situation. Long story short he took care of everything at a reasonable cost and I am beyond happy with the end result. 0 points non moving violation thank you everything went perfect and I didn't have to make a court appearance. Resolved Without Me Going Anywhere I was charged in Ohio while travelling, and I live and work well out of state. Since I did not need any additional points on my license at home, I found Mark. He pled me down to 0 points. Now, you may at first be wary of a guy that uses a @gmail for primary correspondence. But it's all good. Mark was willing to talk over the phone and e-mail promptly regarding my case. He probably did more work than lawyers I have paid 5 times as much for. And I could leave it up to him to handle the paperwork while I did not have to come back to Ohio.
