I have been a client for over 15 years, first on behalf of my parents and then much later for myself. I feel confident that Ms Steiner really knows her business. I have 2 elderly parents in nursing homes, and I could never navigate all the roadblocks to obtaining Medicaid for both of them without her assistance and direction. I also had her establish estate plans for myself which has brought me peace of mind knowing that my wishes have been documented. Ms Steiner is very responsive and I feel confident that I am paying a fair price for her services.

Matthew Carty took extra care and patience when dealing with my issue. There were some unfortunate circumstances that lead to my eventual phone conversations with Matthew, but he did not hesitate to patiently listen to the issues I was having after my car accident and doing whatever he could to make things right on my behalf. I had never dealt with a lawyer before or dealt with the aftermath of a car accident. No one was injured in this accident, thank God, so it wasn't a case that Elk & Elk would take, but Matthew took a tremendous amount of time out of several of his evenings to talk to me about it and give me valuable advice about what I should/shouldn't do if I were to ever have this happen to me again. He treated me like family, like a father speaking to his daughter in an effort to protect her. I really appreciated that and would highly recommend him and Elk & Elk to anyone seeking my advice regarding legal assistance.
