He will make them pay and he will let you know there is a speed trap ahead.

I just saw his billboard that said that they will listen he will care and he will make them pay well that's only if there's somebody else to go against except for the city. I was doing 20 mph ana street that had a pothole that they did not take care of and was told for years not only did the city take care of the pothole an hour after I broke my ankle in three places broke my knee and ended up in the hospital for 3 weeks that they also patched all of my alleyway that they just happened to be nowhere near where the pothole was at. I called his office and they said oh well you know what we don't take those type of claims it's personal injury you don't take those type of claims? So he left me high and dry. Thank goodness that while I was in the hospital instead of thinking about him first I called another lawyer and am waiting for a settlement it's been a year and a half. The hold up is the paperwork and my lengthy recovery cuz I'm still having problems and need an extra surgery but they want you to be taken care of and treated all the time that you're spending all your money so you're going to hear the same thing and attorneys can let you borrow money from their finance company if you don't win that you don't have to pay it back but you're not going to get a certain amount because of your credit score my credit score is low because I can't pay my bills because I had my accident and can't work so be aware who you do choose and if you do choose Tim misney make sure he does what he says he's going to do. And there is no slander or libel involved in my comments because I did not put him down I just told you to watch out you can read the reviews and find out for yourself make your own opinion but don't do it based off of mine I'm telling you my experience. Therefore I would not choose him.

Talked with a paralegal who completely misunderstood my complaint. "We typically only handle surgical malpractice". She repeated back that I was complaining of a diagnosis from 22 years ago, that was part of the story, but was not the part that I need legal help with. I need help with a surgical procedure from 8/1/2024, but she repeated back that my statute ran out 21 years ago. When I tried to explain this, she gave me a generic response "we do not handle these types of cases". I requested to pay to speak with an attorney instead of a paralegal and I was hung up on. 0/5 stars would not recommend.

I called Misny because I saw a billboard. They sent me to NRS injury law, where they were impossible to get a hold of and they only sent text messages, that they never reply to. Do yourself a favor and go local law offices that can actually manage your case.

False advertising they tell you one thing then tell you another I will make them pay is all a lie they need to take down all the pictures down around town u never get too talk to the guy every bit wants to speak for him but don't know nothing

Ask him if he’s ever taken a deposition of a doctor or taken a case to trial. An honest answer would be “No”. His ads are frauds. He refers cases to real lawyers for a kickback of 40-50% of the fee.

Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM HERE. The intake/receptionist people are so rude, nasty and downright horrible. I called with a medical malpractice case and explained the procedure to them, what occurred and then got put on hold just for them to claim I took that risk because it was a side effect/potential risk of this procedure…well guess what? IT WASN’T! I explained this to them and even provided sources for my information (research, speaking to multiple doctors, etc) and when I asked what their source was they refused to tell. I then got hung up on, and nobody would answer. Ridiculous.
