Just wondering how long does a case take some people was asking me it a big one thanks

I called well over a year ago if not 2 ... I told them my case which people told me I had a case. I got let go by a hospital in akron and I didn't feel right after I could barely walk or keep conscious and turned around went back to the hospital and all I got told was I was ok and to go home a sleep it off . I still felt horrible and not right so my mom drove me to the VA hospital in cleveland and they saved my life. I was internally bleeding out and was down to basically no blood and they caught it and save my life . They told me if I Waited another hour I would have been gone from the neglect of the akron hospital. So I called them after I was ok and I told them everything and basically got told they would not take my case because it wasn't big enough basically not enough money could be involved for him to take it on.. his billboard and commercials are false he will not make them pay unless there is millions at stake .. good luck

I hired This firm with the confidence that I had a case!!! I feel that they took my case so no one else food. I emailed the office staff for several months in a row asking what they needed from me and every single time told me they had what they needed. When they got tired of dealing with me they turned me over to another attorney after 8 months. The new attorney told me several times that she did not believe that Misny’s office did me any good. They new attorney had me send her all my pictures and medical bills then told me she didn’t have them all from Misny. After my new attorney having my case for almost a year and doing nothing I asked I fired her recently. One text message I have from his attorney was, when she was supposed to call me at a certain time and forgot was “oops I’m so sorry, can j call you now! That’s definitely not the professionalism I was thinking I was getting. That wasn’t all I had to call or email to get any type of response. This firm had my case for 18 months and did absolutely nothing. I asked for a detailed report of what was done since my case was opened and was basically sent an apology letter. They blamed my insurance company. I have sent several email to have Mr. Misny to call me in the last 18 months and never received one call. All I wanted was an attorney to fight for me and have the confidence to do so. Not someone that doesn’t follow up or do what you ask. I have email after email asking how I can help since day one. I was always told to be patient. Look where I am now. They blamed my insurance company for asking for a SEA report. I thought that why I hired Misny. Don’t all these attorneys say not to trust your own insurance company’s. When the tough gets going they bail on you telling me they don’t think they can win. After 18 months, when they should have known in three months or less.
