JP was attentive to my case at the beginning but after they received the money, I needed their help for the same case and they were not helpful at all. I don't recommend this office at all.

My wife and I just got our green card today and we are very happy. For Green Card and related immigration issues, I strongly recommend getting the services of JP Sarmiento: reasonable charge, excellent service, and guaranteed peace of mind! I first came across JP Sarmiento’s law firm when I was looking for an attorney to help me obtain a waiver for my J1 two-year home residency requirement. I came across his profile and I was impressed with all the great feedback that he had (all 5 stars!). I had researched on the possible ways for me to get my waiver and, from our exchange of emails, I was convinced that he is very knowledgeable on the topic and easily got my trust. He was not very pushy and he gave me some useful info and I proceeded with my waiver and H1B applications. As soon as I got my waiver and H1B visa, I contacted him for my Green Card application. We filed my I-140 in Feb and got approved after five months; filed my I-485 on April and got my Green Card in 7 months! I was a little bit worried during our green card interview because: 1. I didn’t have a job at the time, and 2. I had moved from California to Texas while my application was still pending. It was a good thing that we had a prep session so they were able to give me useful tips and advice on how to address these issues if they ever come up during the interview.
