I got my H1b visa with Glen. Aside from his ability, he also did excellent job to keep me posted throughout the long and foggy process. My case was complicated like other guys who posted reviews. He was always quick to respond and kind to answer all my questions and concerns.

I searched the Sarmiento Law Firm, based on reviews and word of mouth. My case is a bit complex, but then they review it and subsequently agreed to handle it. They know exactly what to do. I didn't have to explain what or what not. I was impressed. And in a very short time, my paperwork was filled. Attorney Glen from the Sarmiento Law Firm was assigned to my case. Everything went smoothly. The receipt and the fingerprint notice came on time. I received my Employment Authorization without the usual filling fees. But then, A Joint motion to terminate my immigration proceedings was denied by the DHS. I was depressed but I couldn't fathom the level of encouragement I received from the Sarmiento Law Firm. They were there every step of the way. I was well informed about my case. I was advised about the likelihood of the denial and that I might have a chance at my individual hearing. Arty Wynieski was superb and very helpful. J P Sarmiento was outstanding. They are team of professionals. Well, my hearing was kind of tough, and despite the evidences that the DHS presented; the arrest records, court records and convictions etc. My adjustment of status was approved by the Immigration Judge. Attorney Glen was very knowledgeable and he gave a fantastic presentation. Now I am a Permanent Resident. I would gladly recommend anyone to the Sarmiento Immigration Law Firm. They know what they are doing, they will inform and carry you along with the process. Quick to responds to email correspondence and very affordable with payment plans that makes it stress free.

I honestly would not be able to express and describe the journey with Glen and Jp to get my Green Card. I remember it started back in August of 2016 which it was long process to get paper work done " advertisement , labor certificate, I 140 and I 485" Glen through this 18 months showed emotional and professional support. Walked me through the process and each time he call something that will happen, Jack pot, It did happen. I am an anxious person when it comes to immigration duo to the history of it which it included Visas and TPS, but he was very patient. I used to email him every other about the status and his words were " Don't worry it will come through". JP accompanied me because Glen was out of town to the interview which it was type formal interview, they went through the questionnaire, 20 mins and it was done. 2 weeks after that I got the green card in the mail. I can say that in the time of emotional crisis, frustration, worrying. Glen was there regardless of communication tool " Email or Phone call" I honestly can not express how grateful I am to these two individuals. I have never wrote a review ever in my life and I made sure my first is totally worth it. Thank you guys for such experience.

I spoke to Dale on August 17, 2018, he was very abrupt, and snooty. When he found out that my discrimination case would not be very large, all of sudden he had to go and he told me he is a very busy attorney with a full case load. Hmmm, imagine that! I practically begged if he knew of anyone who could help me, he told me to keep on calling other attorneys. Gee, what great help. JP and his firm is the BEST! If I could give them more stars, I would. I had a long immigration journey, and I have experienced 5 really incompetent immigration lawyers. I felt that they didn't even know what country I was from; the basic demographic information any immigration lawyer would know. One day, I just happened to be reading about immigration laws because I felt lost, since I felt I was doing all the work, while those incompetent lawyers took so much of my money. My experience with many immigration lawyers is that they leech money from you while they do little to nothing about your case. I ran into JP's firm online, and I posted a question about my case. Not going to lie, I was hesitant because I didn't think I would get a response. To my great surprise, JP responded to my question within a few hours!!!! That was very impressive because that never happened to me in the past with previous incompetent lawyers. I decided to go with this firm because they were prompt in replying to my concerns and questions. No matter how many questions I had, JP always answered them professionally, quickly and knowledgeably. Also, their fees are fair and reasonable; they weren't greedy at all. They treated me as a person, not an ATM machine like other lawyers have treated me in the past. This firm met beyond my expectations!
