Dmitriy, can’t say enough good things about him. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere from the very first visit. Dmitriy made me feel as if he was genuinely concerned of my needs and the quality of care i was seeking. I would highly recommend using Law Office of Dmitriy Borshchak.

Hank and the team at Dmitriy Borshchak Law Office made a huge impact in helping me through a very challenging situation. Hank Sonderman was extremely patient with all of my questions and constantly gave me sound advice. He never quit working for me or with me to ensure that I got an outcome that was in my best interest. I could not be more pleased with their level of professionalism and service.

Don't waste your time and money. I was a LegalShield member for over 20 years and never used my supposed benefits until recently. The attorney assigned to me required an additional 2k retainer fee and basically strung me along for 7 months. I cancelled my services from my assigned attorney. I did not feel that I was recieving any assistance in a timely manner. On more than one occasion I was told he would be in touch, then not hear any thing for weeks until I contact him again, only to be given the same runaround again. I also cancelled my membership in disgust. Edit 1/30/24: To be fair, I did receive a partial refund from them ( Maguire ) a week later

I was in a difficult situation when I found Dmitriy. He saved me from a big mess. Dmitriy was professional, kind and always on top of everything. I interacted a lot with Leigh as well. She helped me with all the paperwork and always followed up with things. Dmitry was very reasonable and conservative with my finances. So happy I found him! Best ever! Highly recommend!

I had the great privlage of having Lucy represent myself and my son. I always felt so safe and supported with Lucy. She was always there if I had questions and really fought for what was right. This place is pathetic. These people got there license from the "Bar" at the corner. Save your money they are just like any other lawyer, a lying crook who prays on other people's demise and/or distressed situations.

Accidentally found this law firm on the app called LegalShield, they matched me with Attorney Smith Wilson. I didn’t expect anything just some useful legal advice. But wow I feel like this is a destiny. Attorney Smith was taking his time to understand my situation and slowly walking through everything I need to know and understand the circumstances in this legal process. Moreover, he didn’t just try to say things to justify my actions, he also told hard truths and I really appreciated it. I will for sure trust him to represent me in court if it was actually a case!

I was with prepaid legal for 2 years.i called to inquire about cancelling...I emailed them to cancel simultaneously. After speaking with the rep on the phone , she encouraged me to keep my.membership because I had built up to 120 hours legal service in my plan I agreed to keep my plan ongoing. 10 days later I received an email stating my membership had been cancel. I phoned to ask why it was cancelled when I spoke to a rep on the phone and decided not to continue with cancelling. Next, I was told "no worries". You can pay for the membership this month and be reinstated to my former status. Next, I was placed on hold. Told someone would contact me back ..3 days ago now ...I asked why? Is there some reason I'm being contacted? I was then told he was "unsure " if my original plan could be reinstated. It had to go up to approval and I would be contacted later that day. I've never heard a peep from anyone. This company rep told me one thing...backed down to another....and never received call from anyone. If it has been a bad experience. They do not track their phone calls incoming into member relations and it took 10 days for email response that wires crossed and they want no accountability. It's been hit hit or miss with the attorney service past 2 years. I worked with an exceptional attorney name Michelle who was very, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. But some other attorneys it seems I was referred to.. at random thru the service seemed to be very vague , felt thru didn't really want to help answer my questions and I certainly never or been told had 120 hours of free attorney service representation if I had needed it . .after having been with them paying monthly for two years . I will also comment that I was referred to an attorney because I needed help writing a sales contract. The attorney that I was referred to quoted me $800 to $1,000 through their service. I hung up the phone and called a local attorney and the local attorney in my area ,charged me $300. I felt that was also a bit off because this attorney was not affiliated with prepaid legal. So certainly do your shopping if you're getting referrals and make sure the price is what is fair. ..
