Dan took control and took care of everything. Dan is sharp, smart, hard working and honest. He always responded back to me in a timely manner about any questions I may have had. Mr. Mallory helped me fight an OVI charge in Marietta, OH. It could have had a horrible impact on my life both civilian and military but we were able to come out with a lesser charge that holds alot less consequences than an OVI. Mr. Mallory was very professional and his office was constantly in touch to let me know court dates and possible outcomes. I really appreciate what he has done for me.

I was in an accident, totaled my car, failed sobriety tests...Mr Sabol got the reckless driving OVI charge reduced to vehicular possession...which meant no dui, no points on driving record. Chase is superb in what he does. I've been guilty of every arrest I've been cited, but Chase uses his knowledge of the law to get the case dismissed, even when the cards are stacked against me. He has always gotten my cases dismissed or knocked down to a fine and court costs by negotiating with the prosecutor . I am a habitual traffic offender and should have lost my license at lease numerous times, but Chase secures them every time. He's also very responsive to text and email, always there to answer my questions.

Chase was very personable and took the time to look at all the details of my case. With my case being unique, he had to take extra time to reach out to others to get a resolution.
