Alex is very responsive and he is great at combating the big banks which close your account for no reason. Although the case takes about 1 year, he was checking in with me every once a while to let me know that he is still working on it. At the end, we are very happy about what he helps us get. Highly recommend him if you ever have a bank/credit card account closed by a bank for no reason.
