Working with Alexander was a great experience. I had a brand new computer of maybe 10 months and this Dell cost me over a $1,000 would not start, $200.00 to repair with Best Buy after having a Dell tech come out to my home and he fell out of his chair several times as he talked about his drinking binge the night before. This Dell tech ripped the cable out from the back of my computer without unscrewing the cables first and when he was done putting in another memory stick because he said that was the issue it wasn't as my computer would not even turn on when he was done and blew out 2 of my computer monitors. Now this Dell tech say you will need to send it in to Dell Depot in Houston Texas where it will be for 10 days. 15 days later it arrives with the same problem. I looked online for a attorney who could handle this issue for me and came across Aleander Darr. It was the BEST DECISION i could have made as today I received a reimbursement check from Dell.
