— Best Divorce Attorney: Paul Panico represented me as my divorce attorney in Franklin County, a hundred miles away from my residence. It was through a local attorney in Huron County, that Paul from Panico Law Group came highly recommended. I met with Paul for an initial, free consultation to explain what had taken place. He seemed very responsive to my concerns and took notes. He explained the process to me and stated there was a possibility that some of the hearings/ meetings could be setup virtually since I had such a long distance to travel. I never felt rushed. He listened attentively. I didn’t even feel pressured to ‘make a decision’ on the spot about hiring him that day. But I did… and looked no further. Paul’s office staff was consistently easy to get ahold of and I always had my questions answered promptly— same day. If I wanted to speak directly with him, that was arranged in a timely manner. My husband and I had no children together, kept our finances separate, and we did not share any property. Yet, we still faced many unresolved challenges. Paul worked diligently on my behalf. After he brought in an experienced mediator, we negotiated to reach a mutual agreement. Settled without going to court. I was in a tough spot when I found Courtney. Years of non-stop litigation had taken a toll on my rights as a dad where over time my parental and visitation rights were reduced and I was missing moments of my daughter's life that were priceless. I was a month away from another hearing, with the possibility of losing legal custody altogether and having my visitation reduced even more. I don’t know where to begin to express my gratitude to Paul and his team. I had one of the most complex divorces that lasted 18 months while involving valuable assets to me and a nasty custody battle. Paul and his team fought through all adversity and hardships they faced and at times found themselves backed into a wall because of my actions. My now ex wife made my life a living hell throughout the entire divorce and Paul was always there to get me through it. He was extremely responsive to all of my needs (and I was needy) and kept a cool/calm demeanor about himself that helped me relax about situations I didn’t understand. Paul and his team faced a huge uphill battle from the beginning and fought tirelessly around the clock to ensure our arguments were heard. His knowledge of how the system works with custody, assets, financials, and plausible arguments are next to none. The most impressive thing about his knowledge was the time he took to relay everything to me to where I understood exactly what he was doing and why. This was huge for my anxiety at times. In the end we ended up winning every argument and while there’s no real victory in any divorce, we had a huge win in the court room and I was able to sign my divorce decree knowing everything we fought for was won in our favor. I can’t thank him/his team enough for everything they did for me and in all honestly saved my life and future. Mr. Panico is very nice lawyer and very professional. I was fortunate to meet him before I made the wrong decision. He helped me analyze my current situation, what was good for me and what was bad for me. He dragged the crazy me back to real life and magnified my benefits to the maximum.
