Spoke to this company at the beginning of June about collecting on delinquent client debt. I was sent an email asking about the debt amount and where the client was located. I responded answering the questions along with a follow-up question. I also let them know I would be proceeding forward with collecting at the beginning of July. Followed-up yesterday and received 2 responses which were very obviously internal communications between the staff that I was CC’d on. I then received a phone call simply saying that would have to pass on this opportunity. It appears they are only interested in collecting on big dollar amounts. So if you have a client that skips out on less than a grand, don’t bother with this company.
