As a condo Board member for a small condo community we had contractual complaints concerning a capital improvement project that included an insurance claim. We had a large Ohio condo law firm who for 2 years did nothing but take our money. We met with Wright & Associates and within 2 hours they stated we have a case. No more than 16 months and we had settled out of court in our favor. We would not hestiate to call Wright & Associates prior, during or after any future contractual capital improvement projects.
