My initial phone call with Brian was very informational and he gave me the opportunity to tell my side of the story, NO other attorney would take this much time to explain the process to me or has been as helpful as this guy. We need more like him. Thanks Brian.

Brian and his firm were absolutely great. Being involved with the legal system is somewhat nerve wrecking, but with the Joslyn Law firm they take care of everything for you. I never even had to go in front of a judge. 5 stars.

I got a DUI/OVI and hired Ryan Shafer not sure what to expect but he came highly recommended by a few of my friends. SO after a few continuations he came in and told me they dropped it to a physical control instead of the OVI. Excellent job considering they had a breathalyzer on me. He basically saved my job because i have to drive for a living on company insurance. Thanks Ryan !!!!! Excellent job!!!

The Josalyn Law firm was fantastic. They are very professional and very hungry attorneys and it shows. I was extremely happy with the way the firm fought for my case. Brian was there an hour and a half early for my court date negotiating and fighting my case with the prosecutor prior to my arrival to the courthouse. He negotiated a great deal for my case before even meeting with the judge. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. WOW!.... I don't know what else I can say about Brian Joslyn or Joslyn Law Firm except WOW. Very professional, easy to get ahold of and did an amazing job of making himself available to myself and my family. I was facing two felonies, an F3 cultivation charge and an F3 Possession of marijuana charge. To make a long story short, Brian was able to get my charges dropped to 4th degree MISDEMEANORS!!!! Brian Joslyn is a BEAST! I am from Athens county by the way, which is about an hour and fifteen minutes from Columbus. Brian had no trouble making the trip down to my county and didn't charge any extra for traveling. Brian Joslyn is well worth the money and is actually somewhat cheap considering the talent and skill you're receiving in return. Brian gave me his personal cell phone number the day we obtained his services, and always returned any phone call within a matter of minutes. Brian always made a point to explain all court proceedings in a way that my family and i could always understand. Brian has a ton of experience, and you can almost feel it in the court room. I will always use the services of Brian Joslyn from here on out, and would highly recommend him to anyone.
