Can certainly recommend this law firm based on the results of my case alone. Could not have expected a better outcome for my situation and I'm convinced it is because of the lawyer I was provided and maybe slightly my attitude toward the process. Mr. Shafer must really know what he is doing. My only complaints are not receiving notice of court dates from their office (Even after requesting them after a missed appearance. Receiving nothing from the court via mail was also the issue), and not getting return phone calls twice. I had to use the courts web portal to stay up to date. In spite of this, four stars for a successful venture.

Brian Joslyn is an outstanding lawyer he knows how to articulate what you need in the court of law he is kind and very personable. honestly, one would be crazy not to hire him if they have an upcoming court case thanks Brian for what you have done for me.

Joslyn Law Firm is the hardest working firm ever! Ryan my attorney has helped me through an OVI and a PO violation and got me the best out come. The ladies who work in the office are so wonderful and great at communicating! Everyone is always in the know of what is going on with your case or can get you an answer very quickly! Payment was nothing outrageous and in my case JLF was nothing but helpful with allowing me to move a couple payments around. Payment scares a lot of clients and JLF is great and on top of everything! I retained Joslyn Law Firm in 2013, and worked with Ryan Shafer. Ryan was great to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions I had. He held my hand every step of the way with my case. He has excellent communication skills. On each court date, he met me in the court room and greeted me as if I was his only client and a very important one, and always assured me that everything will be fine. When I first met Brian, I was at the beginning of a very serious crisis. My situation had broken me down completely. Spiritually and mentally. However, I was able to obtain confidence that I had someone with the knowledge and experience to help my legal matters, so I could focus on everything else that was within my control. If I needed questions answered, he would call me back, text me back, even if it was very late in the evening. If he would be unavailable, then he was very prompt in having his team get back to me by phone, text, or e-mail. He helped provide my family with information about all the proceedings, which lowered our stress levels during our crisis. He explored every possible avenue to help me. He was able to accomplish things that many attorneys either can’t or won’t do. I owe my current freedom to his advice and wisdom. I could not have done it without him and his team, nor with anyone else. All the members of his team are kind, discrete, knowledgeable, hardworking, and helpful. On a personal level, I typically do not trust anyone. Trust is a very big issue for me. My case was extremely sensitive. I had never been in trouble in my life before this point, so finding trust in anyone to help me felt impossible. I found it in Brian and his team. He is the epitome of trustworthiness. For me to say that is paramount. He respected my privacy and became a sincere shepherd of my rights. My case with Brian was a long one (almost two years). From the beginning, Brian was prompt and to the point. He is punctual. He’s very intelligent. He exudes great confidence for good reason. He’s very good at his job. And, he takes your case with great personal care and importance. He’s not here to judge you, but help you. And he can and will help you, but you also have to help yourself. Listen to his advice, do what he says, and the end result will be better for you. If you don’t, then it does not enable him to give you the best representation possible. I can’t emphasize it more, listen to him and do what he says, for your own sake! In closing, you will not find a better attorney. I am grateful for all the hard work and skill he provided me with my case. I was facing life shattering consequences and he was able to reduce the impact by a very heavy margin. As far as successes go, I consider this a case won. I’m not without my consequences after my sentencing, not because the Joselyn Law Firm didn’t help me, but because the truth of the matter is I DID break the law. To be clear, Brian never, ever gave me any false promises to the outcome of my case. If any attorney does, then they aren’t honest. And you’ll receive honesty and much more with Brian and his team.
