I was absolutely satisfied & very grateful for everything from start to finish with my experience with the team! They handled not only 1 case but 2 at the same time in 2 different counties! They handled it with poise & professionalism with great communication & prompt responses whenever I had questions or concerns! Never mislead me but kept it 1000% without sugarcoating anything! I have a CDL and unfortunately was charged with a DUI. Attorney Don Olsen from Luftman, Heck & Associates represented me and was able to get my charges lowered to a class 4 misdemeanor, with no suspension at all. I would recommend this law firm to anyone in a DUI jam.

This is a great law firm hands down. Joe Kunkle did great work for me on a hit and run case I had so I used him again on an OVI and refusal case. He managed to get my OVI and refusal dismissed and I plead out to a failure to control because I was involved in an accident. I would recommend Joe as well as his law firm for any legal help you may need in the Columbus area. Thank you so much for all of your help!

I am not sure where to begin with, but I am very happy today that I made the right decision when I chose Luftman, Heck & Associates. I was charged with an OVI few months ago with no priors. Ben responded right away and scheduled the call and I described my situation and various other constraints. He explained that he's is going to give my case to Don Olsen. Don Olsen is my attorney. He's very prompt at responding, easy going and very understanding. He answered all my questions (no matter how many of them) very patiently and always made time to talk to me whenever I've requested for a call.
