**Warning** Detailed Review: Like any price conscious consumer, I comparison shopped. I wanted an experienced attorney but also one that wouldn't break the bank. I wasn't concerned about "the one I saw on TV" last. During my search, I found Luftman, Heck & Associates. I decided to ask my friends and family for recommendations. I think word-of-mouth is still good to go by. For the people I talked to that had this law firm represent them, they had nothing but positive things to say to me about the handling of their case. For the people I talked to that had a different attorney/law firm represent them, they had positive results as well. What surprised me though, was that at Luftman, Heck & Associates, the pricing was up to 50% LESS than some of the other legal options I explored. But THAT isn't what sold me. I've been represented by Dan Sable and Ben Luftman on separate occasions. They say hindsight is 20/20, right? For me, going to court for the first time was scary and nerve-racking because I didn't know what to expect--I never had a parking ticket even! They explained, in detail, the circumstances of my case, my options, as well as possible outcomes, which eased some of the stress involved. I was very happy with their expertise and the favorable outcome of my cases--one I had no points added to my license and only paid court costs, on the other one, I had the fine reduced and court costs but no points on my license. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of help from a reliable, trustworthy attorney. But what REALLY sold me, was how personable the attorneys were. I had questions and concerns but they have always been there for me (past and present). Good customer service is something I think we've come to expect. But from my experience, this went well beyond that. Write their number down--you don't get this kind of effort put forth with a membership card nowadays. I made sure to leave each time after a firm handshake and thank you, to match the smile on my face. I hope you do too :-)

I can't say enough good things about this firm. It was well worth the money to have everything taken care of for my family member. I was able to contact them on their cell phones multiple times with questions. When I called for a consultation on the weekend they returned my call immediately. I don't know what would have happened had we not hired them. Would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone who needs legal help. The price was also very reasonable, one flat fee, no hidden fees.

great response to my issue, on a Sunday morning. Firm able to get my OVI knocked down to physical control, thru prosecuting attorney. Easy electronic communication with out the problem of hard paper work and sessions. Firm was able to travel away from there area to another county and showed up for me , so I was very comfortable at the beginning with my attorney. good decision for myself, and worked my way. Thought initial money was little hi , but in the end I am pleased with outcome, as i live thru my driving rights. Highly recommended firm

It was a very great experience to have Luftman Heck as my defendant attorney. The faculty there are very professional, passionate and responsible. They helped me get a proper settlement for my criminal charges and gave me sufficient legal advice associated with the issue. Our experience with Ben Luftman was very positive. Ben was extremely professional, yet sensitive to the our situation at the same time. He charges a flat fee which we thought was fair and we appreciated that we didn't have to worry about a charge for every email and phone call. His work ethic is stellar and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, fair and extremely competent attorney.

We were fortunate to have Kelly as our attorney. That day she was slammed with two other cases as well. Our charges were reduced to a disorderly conduct through savvy negotiations with the prosecutor. I would highly recommend Kelly for any type of criminal defense. She is kind, emphatic, and precise in her explanation of the law and its possible consequences. I can not say enough about Luftman and Associates. I had a traffic ticket that had 6 days to 6 months jail time. The 6 days in jail was mandatory. I was very afraid and would not be able to explain to employers why I would need this time off. I called Ben Luftman and he said he would do everything in his power to keep me out of jail. Not only did I not spend one day in jail, I received no points for this moving violation and there were no fines. I only had to pay court cost. I was just looking to stay out of jail, and they went so much further to help me. Ben and Chase always treated me with complete respect and got back in touch with me instantly whenever I called with concerns. I have never delt with attorneys that made me feel so important to them like I was their only client and always knew just from my name exactly who I was and what was going on and never had to get a file to remember who I was. I will tell anyone who ever needs an attorney about this firm because they Really take care of their clients to the fullest!!!
