I was being falsely accused of a Protection Order Violation 3 times. I was very upset to the point that I was crying and a wreck because I had a warrant put out on me by my ex when I tried to evict her. I called Luftman and Associates after reading the reviews and gave them a call. Ben listen me for about a hour bawling my head off. Dan first off had the warrants put to the side and fought for my case and won. The part that really stood out to me was when at the end he told the judge and the prosecutor that I was really inocent which showed me he really cares. I would use them again

I was involved in shoplifting case. It happened late Friday. I was in despair, my career, my family, my immigration status could had been lost. I found Benjamin online, sent him email and he was the first person called me Saturday morning. It was a blessing . He was calm, professional and very supportive. He asked only several questions, it was evident that he knew what he was doing. I had accepted his offer to take my case and never regreted afterwards During this first call, he told me what was going to do, and what was going to happen. And that’s, actually, happened during next 2 months. Ben was very responsive, he always returned my calls, emails and text messages. His staff was fast and cooperative. He always made time for me and my case and made me feel like my case was a priority. My case had been dismissed, the records had been expunged and I don’t have any legal issues because of Benjamin incredible professional work. His service are worth every penny I’ve paid. I loved this law firm luftman heck associates llp. Ben luftman handled my husband case we were so worried. He talked to the judge asap we were able to come up with a solution. He's so careing. About my kids and my son medical issues and working on my husband's papers.i recommend this law firm to every one they are fast and do things a right way I give this a 100 stars if I could but theirs only 5 stars they did an amazing job and I could talk to him personally to Mr Ben luftman not the paralegal which that is a good thing. I can't thank Ben Luftman enough for representing my case in which I had been rewarded a speeding on June 30, 2016. A week later I had got a letter in the mail from his law firm wanting to help me fight it. He was very helpful explaining to me how he can get the ticket dropped and no points on my license. I work for a trash company so the less points on my license, the better it is for me. The outcome to my case was a $102 fine and defense driving course.
