I highly recommend Ben Luftman or Dan Sabol to take care of any OVI cases you are dealing with. I used them specifically for the fact four of my friends have had a great success rate with them in the past. Once I hired Ben to represent me I was given his personal phone number in case if I had any questions about my case. He told me to contact him anytime I had a question and I thought he was just saying that at first but nope....he responded on his way to dinner. Even late at night on his time off work. Long story short I was facing OVI charges and he reduced it to basically nothing (I was at Delaware court as well). Saved my career and ended up doing it in a very professional way. If you are in need of major help on your case don't hesitate to call him. He will tell you straight up whether or not he will be a help to your case. That said Id like to say thanks again Ben! 5 starts are not enough! I hired for the unfairly issued speeding ticket for my son and the team did so great job. When I needed a lawyer, I shopped around and found Mr. Luftman because of the best communication. During trial, I had many questions day and day and I didn't hesitate to send emails whenever and whatever I want to know.
