I highly recommend Ben Luftman! He is truly proactive considerate & very prompt. Attorneys have a reputation of prolonging & taking forever to call you back, but NOT Ben Luftman! Every time we called or text him about the case he would respond immediately. He stays on top of the case & is respectful of the time frame when indicating he is going to do something. Never one time did we have to wait for something to get done or questions to be answered, even if its after hours or the weekend. Ben takes the time out to make sure you understand everything thoroughly. He not only displays 100% professionalism but he also shows that he cares about you and/or the individual he is representing. I can not say enough good things about Ben Luftman. However what I can say is if you are looking for a quick, proactive, caring professional attorney then you need to utilize Ben for his services. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Being charged with a 4th degree misdemeanor for criminal trespassing was very frightening as I had no prior convictions, not even any charges. After speaking with 3 different law firms, I made the decision to go with Luftman, Heck & Associates. The decision was a good one ! First, Daniel Sabol made two court appearances on my behalf saving me the time and inconvience of needing to appear myself. Next, Joseph Kunkel attended the pretrial on very short notice and did well negotiating and communicating the basis of my not guilty plea to the prosecutor. Finally, Benjamin Luftman appeared at the trial date and ultimately the charge was dismissed with only having to pay minimal court costs. From the beginning, Attorney Luftman estimated the case may take 3 to 9 months to resolve when I first spoke with him by telephone. He didn't promise that the case would be dismissed but did indicate there was a good possibility of a favorable resolution. From beginning to end, the case took 6 months. In addition, barring any unforeseen barriers, it is likely that the charge also will be expunged. Dan Sabol spoke with me in person and by phone multiple times to keep me abreast of the circumstances and his communication with prosecution. Also, Sarah Baxter and the support staff were always very prompt and professional. The legal fees were very competitive. My instinct is that most if not all other firms would have been more expensive. Anyone facing unfair or unwanted charges in Franklin County should strongly consider hiring Luftman, Heck & Associates.

I highly recommend Ben Luftman. I called him on a Saturday morning regarding an issue with the court and DMV and it was taken care of by Monday PM. It was well worth the money because I would have spent more with my time, gas and all the running around and aggravation in dealing with the DMV. He was so professional, good listener always took my call personally. If I would need a lawyer again, I would not hesitate to give him a call. He was fantastic to work with.

I highly recommend Luftman, Heck and Associates. They answered my call promptly and I had decided to use a different law firm. Ben Luftman offered a second opinion and spoke with me about my case anyway. After our initial conversation, I went to his law firm and had an in depth discussion about my case. He seemed to be much more confident and blunt about all possible outcomes than the other lawyers I had spoken to. I had been charged with OMVI and paraphernalia. Mr Luftman assured me that they would do everything in their power to get the charges dropped. It took about a month to get back to court after the arraignment which I did not have to attend personally. Mr Luftman took care of that. About a month later we went to court. He was always available to speak to and calmed nerves about the outcome. My OMVI charge was dismissed. This law firm handled things in a professional manner, and also had a personal touch. They delivered exctly what they had hoped to.

I was scared to death. I did something very ignorant and I did not know what to do. I was caught concealing merchandise at a local Kohl s. This was my second charge for Theft in ten years. The first when I was young. I also have a few other misdemeanors.I scrambled to search for an attorney. I had some bad experiences with a couple attorneys i retained in the past. He heard everything I had to say,did not rush off the phone,and was sincerely concerned with my concerns. He was God send. He was very confident and came prepared. He eased my fears and was so nice. They made a resolution to my case in only two dates. Which was very quick. My charge was dropped to a second degree misdemeanor of attempt with no jail time or probation of any kind. That was was phenomenal. That was a better resolution than I thought I would get. I am so happy that these guys are actually out there and helping people like me and has given us a second chance. I will never use another criminal attorney in Columbus or surrounding area. They are worth every penny and priced very competitively. I also get to keep my MA certification because of them as well. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you guys for all your hard work. You guys made my Holiday brighter.

Ben Luftman is professional, organized, efficient, and a great lawyer. He represented my fiancée on an OVI charge and was able to get it thrown out. He also was able to get his PV reduced. I would recommend him to anyone I know or don't know for that matter. We appreciate everything.
