I have hired them twice for two diffrent family members. They fail to communicate properly or not at all. Many times continueing court dates as they take on cases they can not keep up with. They did not show for court for one family member. I called their office with no response leaving the client to attend court by their self's. Sent many text with no reply.When they did return my call on day of court it was an hour after the scheduled court time to appear. They stated they put in for a continuence but did not make sure the court had accepted their filing, with no notifican to the client, the client was at court waiting on his attorney to show up. After another 30 min had past his attorney calls & says its now accepted & continued. Lack of communication, no show for court & did not make sure their filing was accepted by the court. I still have all emails & text as proof. This was simply client adbandoment at its finest. Pd in full up front both times. Do not recommend after having two family members life in their hands, with nothing but misconduct from this office and attorneys. Save your $ go some place else. As they had stated via text that they believed they could help if we hired the their firm, as well as putting them on their schedule and not scheduling anything else for that time. Was a pure lie. While they were in court with other clients my family member was left alone on day of court with no representation.

I didn’t go to court with them on a single day. He is the best of the best.

Used their services for an appeal representing my boyfriend, not only was Ben a pleasure to work with he answered all questions quickly and thoroughly and did a great job.

Attorney Ben Luftman not only gave me information on how to receive a refund from the BMV, but he did it for free. One call and he provided the correct answer. Nobody wants to find themselves in the position to retain a criminal defense attorney, but the consummate professionalism and knowledge of the folks at Luftman, Heck & Associates makes the experience much less daunting. They were very easy to work with and responsive, and while I hope to never need a lawyer again, should fate decide against me I will be coming back to these folks.
