I ran into a situation where I needed a lawyer quickly. I called Luftman, Heck & Associates LLP on a Sunday around 7 pm for an emergency consultation. They were amazing from the very beginning, even just starting with the secretary. The secretary was calm, understanding, sympathetic and assured me someone would call me with a consultation the same night. Under an hour later, Benjamin Luftman called me and went over my concerns and the details of my consultation. He made me feel heard and quickly came up with a game plan to help. Due to the location of my case, Mr. Luftman referred me to his associate Peter Scranton. Peter was upfront, truthful, and reassuring all at the same time. He fought hard and honest for my outcome. Additionally, I am happy to say we received the outcome I desperately needed. I cannot thank Luftman and Scranton enough. Excellent team. Don Olson was very responsive and always available for any questions and kept me informed of the status of my case. He was able to quickly achieve a full dismissal and expungement of all of my charges without requiring me to ever step foot in a courtroom. I would highly recommend this law firm and Don Olson.
