If you’re reading this, you must have gotten yourself in a terrible situation that you wished you could take back. Just like you I was in the same situation, the darkness, regret, and pain. I was facing OVI 2nd offense. I saw my future barely hanging by a thread. I made a few calls and talked to a couple lawyers, but I went with Luftman, Heck & Associates. They were more realistic, reasonable, and worth every penny. Chase Mallory handled my case. He’s knowledgeable, had a plan, and was able to get my case dismissed. I highly recommend this firm. I was giving a second chance.

I'm extremely satisfied with choosing Ben Luftman as my attorney! He went above and beyond for me and my strange circumstance. I moved from Ohio to Colorado in 2014 and didn't get charged untill 2016 and was not aware that I had been summoned to court. Ben got the warrant dropped and set up a game plan for me as soon as I contacted him. Court went basically as planned and got the case dismissed. Ben was even willing to go on my behalf to an expongement hearing to clear my name. GREAT price to pay to not have a felony on my record. Very personable and up front during the entire process.

Very pleased with their service. Very professional and nice. This was the third speeding ticket I've had this year since I got my new car. I was stuck with a 103mph in a 55 mph zone. I had a lot of very bad possibilities for this (including jail time) and for $500 they got me completely out of it (without me even having to go to the courthouse one time) without any fines (AT ALL!), no points to my license, no suspension, and the case was dismissed.. All I had to do was a $25 defensive driving school and pay court costs. It was almost as if it didn't even happen in the first place. I will say I took this as a learning experience and won't let myself ever do that again but for anyone else who needs legal help these guys are the way to go. I even grabbed some of their business cards on the way out of their office to recommend to friends and family.
